Weekly Rates:    $2,100   (300.00) per day 

                                      6 PERSON LIMIT

RESERVATION:  1/2 of week's rental due to reserve your vacation week  ($1,050.00)

                           balance due three weeks prior to your vacation week, along with a  ($500.00)

                          damage deposit.  Deposit will be refunded within three weeks after  your vacation stay 

                          if there are no damages. No refunds if cancel less than 30 days of your vacation

                          week unless I can re rent your reserved week.

                         3 bedroom home- 1st bedroom has a double bed with a twin bed above and 1 twin bed -2nd bedroom has 1                          double bed and 1 twin bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed.  The family room has a queen pull out.

                         Sheets  are furnished.  We ask that you remove the sheets  and pillow cases from the beds used and put them in the

                         laundry basket in the laundry room.  Please fold the blankets and leave on the beds. As per health department, do                              not use the bedspreads/comforters as blankets.

Whole house generator to insure you will have power at all times in case of a power outage.  

Please bring your own towels, toiletries, and aluminum throw-away cooking pans for cooking on the grills.  All dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee pot, crock pot, electric frying pans. blender and toaster are provided.  Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range,  refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a washer and dryer for your convenience.  An outdoor charcoal and gas grill are provided for your use.  Lawn furniture is also provided on the lake side deck and patio at the back of the cottage.   An outdoor fire pit is available for your fires and ask that you take precautions when having an outdoor fire and do not leave unattended. Please provide your own firewood.  An aluminum fishing boat is included in your rental.  You may rent a motor from a local marina or resort or bring your own. We have provided 3 kayaks for your use.  Our personal boats are on boat lifts at our pier and we ask that you do not disturb our boats.  I can recommend a pontoon and fishing boat rental. This lake is a Michigan/Wisconsin border lake and a fishing license is required (either Wi or MI).  This lake has no restrictions on skiing or boat motor size.  We ask that you do not throw rocks in the water and please do not run on the pier. 

 No Parking on Grass !!! No Smoking in the house!!!  Dispose of cigarette butts .  Pets Allowed with prior approval -$100.00 pet fee per pet - must clean up after your pet----- Thank You!!!!
